I intend to use this blog to chronicle my journey to a healthier me.  I’m kind of making this up as I go, but I plan to include all sorts of stuff here.  Of course, there’ll be some background information on what triggered all this.  I’d like to be able to look back and follow my changes.  I’ll document grocery shopping and cooking techniques which have helped me succeed.  I’ll write about what has been challenging as well as what has been surprisingly simple.

This whole project is really more for myself, but you’re welcome to come along for the ride.  And if you do choose to come along, thanks for reading.  Also just fair warning, sometimes I do get a bit swear-wordy.  I’ll try to keep it under control, but I won’t promise the occasional dirty word won’t slip in.

    P.S. : I “always” have weight problems. In 2010 I took seaweed 4 times a day. I got no more hunger and lost 30 pounds without any effort !!! With the seaweed I had a very very various diet – vegetables, fruits, pills of spirulina, mushrooms, etc.
