This morning I hit my next 10 pound mini-goal for a total of 40.2 pounds lost to date. Almost half way to my Big Goal now.
Considering that I’m about to go camping with friends tonight and consume many MANY calories, I probably shouldn’t claim this just yet since I’m sure to bounce back up for a couple of days. In the end it’s my call to make, and this is the call I’m making.
Also, it means it’s time for me to do Couch to 5K (C25K) again. While I didn’t say so publicly, I decided a while ago that I would start working on running again once I lost 40 pounds. So that’s something new to work into my schedule.
I’m generally sleeping better and my snoring has been greatly reduced. Not quite fully gone yet, but according to Snore Lab (a phone app which monitors snoring) I’m going most nights without snoring now. And when it does pick up snoring, it’s not nearly as loud as it used to be.
As much as I’d love to write a novel-length post about what all I’ve been doing for the last month+, I also need to finish getting my gear together and loaded into the car for tonight’s camping outing. So I’ll just thank you for reading and wish you a happy weekend.
